ไม่เคยดีขึ้นเลย อยากให้ลงทุนเรื่องนี้หน่อย ใช้มาก็ช้าตลอด และเรียก password ตลอดเวลา น่าเบื่อ

แอปไม่สามารถใช้งานได้สำหรับลูกค้าที่อยู่ต่างประเทศ สำหรับการใช้งานครั้งแรก ลงทะเบียนแล้ว OTP ต้องส่งผ่านเข้าหมายเลขมือถือซึ่งเป็นเบอร์โทรหมายเลขในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น ควรจะมีการปรับปรุงเผื่อลูกค้าของ AIA ที่ไม่ได้พำนักอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย  ให้สามารถรับหมายเลข OTP ผ่านอีเมล์ซึ่งลงทะเบียนไว้กับ AIA ได้ 
ขอให้มีการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาในส่วนนี้ด้วยค่ะ ซึ่งแอปต่างๆ ในต่างประเทศจะมีทางเลือกให้ส่งหมายเลขยืนยันผ่านเบอร์มือถือหรือผ่านอีเมล์ได้  ขอบคุณค่ะ

เป็นappที่แย่ ไม่sync กับapple health หรือappอื่น อย่างต่อเนื่อง กดบังคับrefreshก็ยังไม่ยอมsync ที่สำคัญพอเลยเที่ยงคืน จะSyncข้อมูลของวันก่อนไม่ได้  และไม่ได้เอาข้อมูลย้อนหลังมาเลย ทำให้ข้อมูลออกกำลังกายหายไปโดยเฉพาะถ้าออกกำลังกายดึกๆหรือใกล้เที่ยงคืน 
เหมือนตั้งใจไม่อยากให้คนได้คะแนน

เข้าใจว่าบริษัทมีความตั้งใจที่ดี.  แต่แอปมีปัญหาการค้างบ่อยมาก แล้วก็เด้งออกจากแอปไปเฉยๆ. การกรอกข้อมูลทำได้ยากมากๆ 
ต้องปรับปรุงด่วน. จากความตั้งใจที่ดีแต่ปล่อยแอปแบบนี้ออกมา มันน่าจะเป็นผลเสียหายต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรมากกว่า. 
เป็นไปได้ก่อนออกแอปตัวใหม่ ให้ตัวแทนประกันชีวิตทดลองใช้ก่อนสักเดือนหรือสองเดือนเพื่อหาจ้อบกพร่องก่อนก็จะดีมากๆ
ออกเวอร์ชั่นใหม่เถอะครับ.  ขอร้อง
อีกเรื่องที่สำคัญคือการแปลเป็นภาษาไทย มันแย่มาก มันทำให้เข้าใจผิดไปหมด. ขนาดให้หมออ่าน หมอกรอกผิดจากสุขภาพดีกลายเป็นสุขภาพแย่ ต่ำเตี้ยเลี้ยติดดินเลย
อีกทีนะ.  ช่วยออกเวอร์ชั่นใหม่เถอะ. เป็นปัญหาทั้ง ios  android

เจ้าหน้าที่โทรกลับมาแจ้งว่าช่วงนี้ระบบยังไม่นิ่งเนื่องจากต้องมีการถ่ายข้อมูลจากแอปเก่ามา ส่วนตัวแล้วลองไปใช้กับโทรศัพท์แอนดลอยด์ก็ดีขึ้น(เดิมใช้แอปผ่านIpad)แต่ยังมีเด้งออกต้องล็อคอินเข้าใหม่. ทางเจ้าหน้าที่แนะนำว่าช่วงนี้ลองใช้ผ่านเวปของAIA น่าจะดีกว่า. คาดว่า เมษาหรือพฤษภา น่าจะเรียบร้อย
ก็ขอให้กำลังใจคนทำงานนะ  เปลี่ยนจาก1ดาวเป็น 3ดาว.

ทุกอย่างช้า ค้างบ่อย Popup ให้สมัคร Vitality plus ขึ้นมาบ่อยจนหน้ารำคาญ การแสดงข้อมูลยังเข้าใจได้ยากอยู่ว่าคะแนนกิจกรรมไหนเต็มแล้ว ก็ยัง suggest ให้ทำอยู่แล้วสุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้คะแนน

เมื่อวานเดินไป 14k steps ควรได้ 100 คะแนน ขึ้นว่าได้แค่ 50 คะแนนค่ะ ไม่พอใจเลยค่ะ
