AIA Vitality is a science-backed health and wellbeing program that incentivises and rewards you to make real, positive change to your health and your life.

By understanding your personal health, and working towards improving it, you will achieve a fitter, healthier lifestyle. Along the way you’ll earn AIA Vitality points for all your smart health decisions.

The more AIA Vitality points you receive, the higher your status, the more rewards and benefits are unlocked.

To help you make the most of the program, we’ve created this mobile app.

You can use this app to sync your fitness devices and apps to AIA Vitality, track your progress on the program, receive push notifications and take advantage of the many rewards and benefits AIA Vitality has to offer, including the tracking and redeeming of AIA Vitality Active Benefits vouchers. You can also link Apple® Health and upload activity data to earn AIA Vitality points.

You can complete assessments and earn points. Find out your AIA Vitality Age by completing the AIA Vitality Age Assessment.

Not intuitive to use or navigate. Having to open your health app first to get the data across is a bit clunky and annoying (and not something you need to do on any other app). Randomly it is difficult to log on - decides it doesn’t like your user name or password or something. 
Could be a good app but a long way from it at the moment

Can someone please fix this problem, very annoying when entering this app now. If problem cannot been resolved maybe just used the old version. And Face ID login to this app always shows fail but I am using the same face to unlock my phone lolz.

What’s the point of going digital when you still need to print off a health check and screening form and need a physical doctor/nurse signature. You should be able to enter those details online instead of having to print off a physical form and then attach a photo of it. Highly unlikely that for a dentist appt or when I go to get yearly flu vaccinations that I have a printed form handy!

I’m nearing the end of a 2 year run. Overall the experience is ok, but I’ve lost count of the number of times it didn’t account for my daily steps. Sporadically, it would also miss other activities as well. Emails to alert them of these omissions would take forever to be answered. I’d drop this app in a heartbeat only for the fact that I’m getting a slight discount on my insurance premiums. Looks good, good intentions but it hugely lacks solid connection issues with smart watches.
