That’s why I give them *one star* but it shouldn’t give them *one star too* cause the most important feature of their app is not perfectly working yet. Why I say : it’s important feature? Cause:- When anyone go to their branch (mainly one branch ) their most of the officers who are responsible for opening account ; was not maintained **Professionalism** properly and some of them are too much rude (as they treat *account opening person as beggar*). That’s why for account opening purposes….no one should not visit their branch (mostly one branch) anymore. If after one month they will not … fix the problems (bugs) of *Rapid account* people should go another shariah based bank instead of them. ### 1/5 — App crashes while opening account *2026-02-23, version 2.3.4* Tried to open an account through the ‘Rapid Account’ option.
