Battery life terrible had to charge at least twice a day. Only seemed to work on the 1 minute mode, 10 minute & hour waste of time. Battery barely manages 2 days. Bought this for close relation with dementia. Doesn’t do any of the things it promises. Often doesn’t update location or send warning messages until the following day. So no use at all. Would be much better to buy a watch or smart phone as not much more expensive but much more useful. App also keeps disappearing from my phone. Spoke to customer services according to them it’s all my fault but in actual fact it doesn’t do what it says it does at all. Will be cancelling. ### 2/5 — Problems with Notifications *2020-12-02, version 2.3.9* Again, since the last iOS13.6 update I do not receive any notifications. It is terribly inconvenient. My phone settings are correct, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, still no notifications. If your smart watch uses this app it could not work out as expected.
