Start new briefing sessions by selecting your job, location, and briefing process. Fill out comprehensive safety forms covering work types, hazards, PPE requirements, and job-specific checklists. The intelligent form system pre-populates fields like nearest hospital and weather conditions automatically.



Audio Recording & AI Transcription
Record safety briefings with high-quality audio capture. When online, recordings are transcribed using advanced AI with speaker identification. When offline, on-device transcription ensures your briefings are always documented.



AI-Powered Evaluations
After recording, receive AI-generated safety suggestions and evaluations based on your briefing content. The system analyzes your discussion and provides actionable safety recommendations.



Offline-First Design
Built for the field. AICON Mobile works without internet connectivity. Record briefings, fill forms, and capture photos offline. All data syncs automatically when you reconnect. Local AI models provide transcription and evaluation even in remote areas.



Weather Awareness

  • Choose how to start a briefing — blank, from a task template, or by
    loading the details from an earlier briefing on the same job.
  • Find earlier briefings easily: recent ones for the job, your own from
    other jobs, and search. Every row shows five details so similar
    briefings are easy to tell apart.
  • Offline briefings now work on iPad 9. Those iPads — along with iPad 10
    and iPad Air 4 — download a smaller AI model.
  • The Sync tab is now your offline-readiness home: see whether you're
    ready to work without a connection, what's still missing, and start any
    downloads you need.
  • When Continue is greyed out, tap any of the listed reasons to jump
    straight to the field that needs filling in.
  • The app now rotates on iPad.

IMPROVED
  • A blank briefing is genuinely blank. Answers are no longer carried over
    from your last session without you asking — choose "Load details from an
    earlier briefing" when you want them.
  • Back steps you back one page at a time and keeps your form answers.

  FIXED
  • Briefings no longer record "no speech detected" when people had spoken.
  • Transcription no longer gets stuck, and is faster and more reliable
    whenever you have a connection.
  • Fixed the app closing between the discussion and suggestions steps.
  • AI suggestions no longer stop mid-sentence.
  • Expired sign-ins now renew on their own instead of causing unexplained
    errors or surprise logouts.
  • Nearest address and intersection fill in reliably; job and crew lists
    load correctly.
  • Sync no longer silently drops work, and failed items explain why.
