## What is AICook?

AICook helps you decide what to cook, from breakfast and lunch to dinner and late-night meals.

Choose ingredients you have or want to buy, then add your meal time, servings, cooking time and budget. AICook creates a practical meal plan with:

• A complete meal idea tailored to your choices
• Clear, step-by-step cooking instructions
• A ready-to-use shopping list
• Helpful ingredient substitutions and leftover ideas
• Saved meals synced when you sign in
• A place to share dishes you have cooked

AICook supports Traditional Chinese, English and more languages, with light and dark appearance support.

AICook Pro adds more AI meal generations and estimated calorie information. Calorie figures are estimates for general information and are not medical advice.
