I read the bad reviews and if you read your manual then explore the app by clicking the little question mark and other instructions it will work fine. My only issue is having to pay for the audio/video phone call usage, but unless you’re in another country I can’t see many of us needing it all the time and it has the option to buy weekly usage. So READ THE MANUAL AND THE APP INFO!

I didn’t renew and it charged me. The app doesn’t have the payment and subscription cancellation but they still have your payment method through Apple. 
It doesn’t even show on my Apple subscription that I have this app under subscription so I don’t understand why it charged me
