I can't do anything with this app at the moment. It seems that there is a new bug or a new fix that needs to happen. ### 2/5 — not worth the money *2024-10-10, version 1.3* Doesn’t do anything more that free AI’s do. They do not answer messages. Does not give you more than 200ish words. I asked it to write 1,000 and it gave me 200. I asked it to write 800 words, gave me 200 words. Does do well with giving ideas. ### 2/5 — Can't log into my paid account on the app. *2024-09-26, version 1.3* I have an annual subscription to Copy.AI on my laptop, but for some reason I'm never able to find how to login on the app, so after each query, I'm limited to only one, I am prompted to upgrade to a subscription to continue. So basically I get one question per day or week and then an upsell. Really frustrating. ### 4/5 — Excellent app with one glaring oversight *2024-01-03, version 1.1* I would love to plunk down my money and purchase the premium version of this app, because it really is one of the better AI writing tools, but I just can't bring myself to do it since they don't provide Dark Mode. I simply cannot stare at blinding white screens anymore. Unfortunately, this app falls short in every aspect. It shows promise initially but as soon as you feed it a substantial amount of information or long texts, it completely shuts down. It's incredibly frustrating and renders the app ineffective. I made the mistake of paying for a one-year subscription, expecting the app to work flawlessly. However, it turned out to be a complete scam. Despite numerous attempts to request a refund, I've been denied every time. While the app does handle shorter texts well and even humanizes the content, it fails miserably when it comes to longer texts. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to keep up with such a dysfunctional app, knowing that I won't be able to use it for its intended purpose. I have been unable to use the service for several weeks due to a login issue, and despite paying $400 per year, I have received absolutely no support. I have contacted customer support multiple times over several weeks and never received a single reply. What makes this even worse is that I also tried reaching out through different platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, but once again, no one ever responded. This level of customer neglect is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a company that charges premium prices. Paying customers should not be ignored like this. At the moment, I am paying for a service that I cannot use at all. Very disappointing experience.
