You would get a more comprehensive plan and shopping list from just using chat gpt. While a good idea, it is not executed well. Does NOT provide what ad describes. Does not provide options or alter suggestions. Annoying and almost impossible to navigate. I have no tech skills or dietary training and could provide a better app and results. Extremely disappointed. Do not fall for the ads ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-23* After paying $19.99 the took me through a series of questions that seemed never ending. Once complete it said it was working on my shipping list and promoted me to pay another $9.99.
