## What is aida.?

AIDA is built around your life—not just your prompts.

Most assistants focus on the question in front of them. AIDA is designed around the person asking: what matters to you, how you tend to operate, what has been happening lately, and where you want to go.

ONE AIDA ACROSS YOUR DEVICES

Pair AIDA across your phone, laptop, and desktop. Each device adds another part of the picture—from your conversations, health, and calendar context on mobile to your focus and digital activity on your computer.

Because it all belongs to the same AIDA, her understanding doesn’t reset when you switch devices.

YOUR LIFE, CONNECTED

With your permission, AIDA connects context across your devices, conversations, goals, calendar, health, focus, and daily activity.

Together, those signals form your digital twin—an evolving picture of your patterns, priorities, and present state, grounded in your real life.

That context changes how AIDA can help.

KNOW YOURSELF IN CONTEXT

Ask about your sleep before a demanding day. Talk through a decision in light of your goals. Notice how your schedule, focus, activity, and wellbeing may be affecting one another.

AIDA can look across the whole picture instead of treating every question as isolated.

MOVE FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION

AIDA helps turn disconnected signals into clear reflections, useful next steps, and timely notifications. Whether you are trying to protect your focus, recover, build better patterns, or make progress on something important, AIDA meets you where you are.

SCREEN TIME, ON YOUR TERMS

Choose the apps and categories you want to keep an eye on and set a daily limit. AIDA shows you your pattern for the day, warns you five minutes before the limit, and tells you when you reach it. If you want, it can also pause those apps until midnight. Which apps you choose and how you use them stay on your iPhone.

GROWS WITH YOU

AIDA remembers what matters, learns from your changing patterns and preferences, and becomes more useful as your shared context deepens.

You choose where you want to go. AIDA helps you understand where you are and close the distance between the two.

BUILT AROUND YOU—CONTROLLED BY YOU

AIDA becomes personal through the information you choose to share and connect. You remain in control of device permissions.

FREE, WITH NOTHING TO BUY

AIDA has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no paid tiers. Every feature is available to every account at no cost.

NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE
AIDA is built for personal reflection, planning, productivity, and everyday wellbeing. It is a wellness app, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing it shows or says is medical advice. Its wellbeing scores are estimates, and how each one is calculated, with its scientific sources, is in the app under Settings > Account Info > Health Sources & Citations.

Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health professional in addition to using AIDA, and before making any medical decision. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something AIDA has shown or told you. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

You should not have to explain your whole life every time you need help.

Meet AIDA, built to grow with you.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-01

SCREEN TIME

Your limit crossings now reach AIDA as they happen, in the background. Before, they only arrived the next time you opened AIDA — sometimes hours later — so your pattern for the day could be wrong or missing entirely.

Each crossing is counted once. iOS could fire the same threshold again and again, which made your phone use look heavier than it was.

Set any daily limit you want, or choose "No limit" to keep an eye on the apps you picked without one.

If iOS refuses Screen Time access while you are setting it up, AIDA now says what happened in plain words and lets you try again.

WHEN A MESSAGE MISSES

Marking a message as one that didn't land now lets you say why — or say nothing at all. It stays optional, and it is what teaches AIDA when to reach you and when to stay quiet.

PLACES

With location turned on, AIDA now understands where you are the way you would describe it — the area you are in, and what is around you — instead of a bare coordinate.

NOTES

The Notes screen has been removed. What you write to AIDA already lives in chat, and what she knows about you no longer depends on you filing it. Notes you already wrote are kept: you can read or erase them in Settings > My Data.
