Also the English translation in the App is pretty awful ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-09-08* The table itself is nice, but the app/Bluetooth does not work even when I follow directions perfectly. Such a waist of money… ### 1/5 — does not function *2021-12-06* First desk came without a motor, so it was not accepted, second desk came without a switch and we were told that one would be able to function the table with the app, so we accepted delivery. The app doesn’t seem to connect to the QR code nor proximity, even though we do see it available on bluetooth. ### 1/5 — QR Code Scanner not working *2021-11-30* I’ve tried multiple times to set up the connection in the app using the QR code. As soon as I point my camera towards the piece of paper the scanner runs for literally a second, goes to a different screen that says “connecting” & the connection fails of course because I couldn’t scan the QR Code. Would love to be able to set this desk up! ### 1/5 — Bluetooth *2021-04-30* The app keeps saying allow Bluetooth connection. When I allow it, the app freezes. ### 2/5 — Works right away, but memory buttons doesn’t work as it should *2024-11-17* The moment I plugged the dongle into the control box in the desk and as soon as I downloaded the app and opened it, it ran, it connected right away! Pretty impressive! But why does the app NOT seem to functions as it says on the UI? They have three memory buttons. I set the height for each of them but passing them, the table will move one or 2 cm in some direction and stop. Worse yet, it overrides the memory settings of the hardware control that comes with the table. ### 3/5 — It works *2025-06-30* So I have had no issue with the app controlling my Deskhaus Apex Pro. But the Bluetooth controller integrates only with the AiDesk app. It will not allow for control with Siri or my Mac desk control center. I get the app is free but some functions that I can actually use would be great. If I were able to use it with my Mac desk control I can create keyboard shortcuts so while I’m working I hit a key and my desk goes up or down. Or heck say “hey Siri” to control. I’d appreciate any update that can allow any of that. Otherwise this app would be getting 5 stars all day long. ### 3/5 — Basic. Wish it had a bit more. *2024-02-18* Got one of these switches on my Desk Haus desk. It works. Wish it had automations available and tied into Health. ### 3/5 — Basic App *2021-07-23* Application is pretty basic, works as it should. Set up is kind of weird. Would be cool if it let you set automations. Like at 12 pm switch to standing then 3pm switch to seated position.
