The whole point of a app is for ease of use. This ain’t it! ### 2/5 — Okay for Balance Check & Payment Only *2022-10-01, version 1.0* You can quickly make a payments/payment allocations or view loan balances; however, it is better to log in using a web browser if you’re searching for other info including contact info. Clicking on any info links that lead to other pages in the app proves to be difficult to navigate. You can’t navigate back to the app homepage once you click on any link to other pages. You have to force close the app session and re-login to get to the app account summary page. The same applies when you click their info links like Contact Us. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-09-05, version 1.0* This app is basically useless. You always have to re-enter your personal info to get in and when you click on anything it goes to a blank white screen and freezes. Their website isn’t much better. It’s immensely disappointing since everyone and their brother expects individuals to pay on their student loans. Well, it’s kind of hard to when you can’t use your servicer’s website or app to view basic information. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage. Fedloans, I miss you! *2022-09-05, version 1.0* This is not an app, just garbage. I’m dreading actually having to use the website to make payments if they can’t even be bothered to make a functional app. Fedloans set the bar high. Very disappointed and not looking forward to January ### 1/5 — Horrible. *2022-08-24, version 1.0* Half my screens are white and blank. Nothing I try to click on will open. Looks like a link that you open in safari, not an actual app. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-08-24, version 1.0* This app is embarrassingly awful. It legitimately concerns me that a company with this app is in charge of millions of dollars worth of loans. Please hire someone who actually knows how to develop apps to overhaul this app because it’s near impossible to even pay my loans at this point. ### 1/5 — Not Happy With This Change *2022-08-24, version 1.0* I was moved from Navient to AIDvantage. So far I’m the last few months, I am very unsatisfied. The app hardly works and takes forever to get anywhere within, if I’m even able to open up the app versus sitting on a blank screen. ### 1/5 — Poor design & inconsistent *2022-08-24, version 1.0* The app barely works. Typically just loads to a white screen. If entry to app is successful, the content formatting is done so poorly. It reminds me when apps were still new and ux designers just scrunched their webpage into an app and called it good. ### 1/5 — Crap *2022-08-24, version 1.0* App is horrible, constant crashes and lags and is not user friendly at all. With the amount of people now going to be using Aidvantage, you’d think they’d have the tech to support it. Additionally, the layout and functionality of the app is reminiscent of the old mobile websites from the early 2000s.
