The Oil Painting filter is worth the price of admission all by itself. If you’ve ever wanted to take your photos and quickly turn them into absolutely amazing looking paintings, do not waste your time with the various other apps. This one is easily the best one you’ll come across. I suppose there are some other cool elements within this app but I am not kidding around.
