It doesn’t work. It says server error. It’s a shame because this developer produces excellent text to speech apps.

This has been great for me the only thing that I can say is to double the word max from 4,000 words to 8,000 words and this app would be a dream come true but regardless this app is better than all the rest for my MacBook Pro

I use these voices for liners and breaks on my streaming web radio program. They used to sound energetic and dynamic. Somewhere in the updates, the voices now sound languid and dull. There is no separation in the mannerisms. Some of the female “characters” now sound alike. I miss the old version where everything was more distinctive.

The voices are great, however, I pasted a 100 page PDF into the text dialogue and it crashed. Even a reboot won’t fix the issue. It must have saved the long text into some temporary file that it reopens every time you start the app.
