I tried to do so, but it failed to recognize policy number. They claim to have long history and have 0(ZERO) customers reviews. Strange, isn't it? I contacted customer service and got NO response... ### 1/5 — Shockingly Terrible *2015-03-29, version 1.4* This app is shockingly terrible. It wasn't good before v1.4 update, now it's even worse. So much so I'm now deleting it. - There is no live country alerts. - No location based technology used. With this you could find instant information for the country you've just arrived in. Also you would be able to send location info instantly to the help desk. Nearest hospital, doctors, dentist , embassies and so on. The list of possibilities is endless but you have failed to develop an app of any usefulness WHY? Wasn't able to make it on my trip, canceled 3 days in advance, and got the insurance through AIG. Just like every other insurance company they have no problem taking your money and will never pay out. You have to fight them in court if you want anything. It's a good thing I have a good credit card company that does care about their clients. They contacted the hotel and got 100% of my money back. Thank you CITI. Now all I need is for AIG to give me my money for the insurance, because they don't do their job. ### 1/5 — Awful app. *2024-08-02, version 2.10.4* Can’t login, link to support doesn’t work, just a cycle of looking at the same page. No problem logging into the website but why have an app that’s so poorly designed? ### 1/5 — App doesn’t allow me to register *2023-07-31, version 2.10.1* Poor app. Doesn’t allow me to register even with a policy number. The travel assistant website also same can’t register and this is via the www.mylifeline.co.uk. Nothing works ### 1/5 — Can’t print certificates *2022-10-23, version 2.10.1* I can’t print insurance certificates. Emailed support and they sent me details of how to download the app from the App Store and then details of how you print them. No help what so ever, I had the app hence the request to support, I knew where to go to print the certificates, they just don’t print or email. Same problem on their website so I emailed support, still waiting for response …. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t let you register *2022-05-28, version 2.10* Does not recognise valid business policy number, so same problem as everyone else. Why is this app allowed in the App Store? Liked the security awareness videos, country reports and security alerts functionality. I don't have to go through all my cards in a case of emergency to find out who to call for assistance! Well done Aig. ### 4/5 — Great company tool! *2020-01-16* We use this with our global travel program and it has been a great tool for our travelers. It would be nice if they offered some level of administrative management like the ability to run policy number specific reports like employees who have registered. Otherwise, the tool itself is pretty comprehensive. ### 3/5 — Fails to update insurance policy nr upon renewal *2024-08-28, version 2.10.5* Generally a nice app it fails to update to the latest policy number upon renewal. In an emergency i need to give correct information so for the app to show an old and invalid policy reference is discomforting to say the least AIG knows my employer and it this is an odd fail (failure to self-update). I cannot change the policy nr Hopefully aig can pick this bug up and fix it ### 3/5 — Not bad could be way better *2019-11-23* The app has a lot of good features but has a lot of technical issues when trying to set up a profile. It just doesn’t work.
