The app is very easy to navigate and you can take everything at your own pace which was such a great feature. After the tour I was immediately contacted by one of the customer support agents, Zoe, who answered all of my questions promptly and with great detail. Thank you Zoe!! Can’t recommend enough. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — ID Scanner Doesn’t Work *2026-06-11, version 1.33.29* The app’s ID scanner is trash, im a potential tenant having to now reach out to the complex telling them that if I can’t just text them a picture of my ID well I guess we’ll have to cancel the tour and I’ll live somewhere else. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2025-10-07, version 1.33.2* Took me reaching out several times to get a response and they were no help. Never was able to tour rented somewhere else that I could tour at. ### 2/5 — Great if you need it *2026-05-31* Wasn’t the easiest if you aren’t super tech-savvy but my friend figured it out. Otherwise we could tour easily. We did have a weird moment when the real leasing person was taking someone through the model apartment when we were there. The instructions were easy to follow and overall went very smoothly. There was a small bump in the road, only due to the apartment building, but I was able to chat with someone immediately to resolve the problem. Then I stumbled across Aigentless and the building I was interested in touring, and it make it super easy. I talked with Zoe, who was SO responsive and quick. Mark Twain once said, “figure out where people are going and get their first.” When they asked hockey, legend Wayne Gretzky, what made him better than everybody else? He basically said “I’m not better than everybody else. Most people go where the puck is I go where the puck is going to be.” When I first saw Aigentless, I saw where people are going and where they are going to be. This company embodies, both of those philosophies. Welcome to the future of Apartment searching! ### 5/5 — Super convenient *2025-04-23* Very convenient way to book appointments and do a self-guided tour of apartment buildings. Had consistent communication with a real agent, Zoe, via text, who was very accessible and helpful when I had questions. ### 5/5 — Tenant Broker approved! *2025-04-09* This app is an absolute game changer for tenant brokers. In a busy market it’s already hard enough to book appointments at apartment buildings that have to be during business hours and work for the landlord’s agent schedule. With this app I was able to tour buildings with my clients any day/time and even with short notice. They have model units for easy access. The app’s Ai perfectly walks you through building amenities and answers any questions your client may have. A live agent also greet’s you via text right before showing to answer any questions the Ai can’t!
