## What is AIIMS Group?

AIIMS is the private messaging app for AIIMS customers. Sign in with the details issued by your AIIMS team and start a direct, secure conversation — no public sign-up, no social logins, just a private line to the people who look after your account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Message your AIIMS team in real time, with read receipts and live typing indicators
• Start voice and video calls when you need to talk things through
• Share photos, videos, and files right inside the conversation
• Pick up where you left off — your full conversation history is always there

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
• Accounts are issued by AIIMS to existing customers only
• Your conversation stays private between you and the AIIMS team
• Report or block content directly from any message
• Delete your account at any time, right from within the app
