The app requires an account number and password to sign in, if you try to set one up you need an ACCOUNT number….i don’t have an account so why would I have an account number.  The machine is great….the app is unusable

I have the Alphamed Blood pressure monitor and the dates and times are not synced with what is on the blood pressure monitor which I setup properly. Took blood pressure on 12/8 at 10:01 pm and the app says that I took it on 12/9 at 11:01 pm. Not good if your looking at trends.

Had to use my Chinese to English dictionary to figure out how to fill out my profile. Date/Time is not correctly sync to the blood pressure machine. Your app doesn’t recognize my product so no way to add it…. Get busy and at least fix the Date/ Time sync issue.
