iOSのアプデのせいか、体重以外の記録しか出力しなくなった。そんな時はアプリの再ダウンロードで出力していたが、それすら元通りにならなくなった…

1200円の体重計に付いてた無料アプリなのにBluetoothで繋いでデータを自動で収集して蓄積してくれます。任意の2日のデータ比較も簡単にできます。
これで無料とは、最高のコスパです！

と思ってたら1月半たったら体重以外のデータのグラフ化ができなくなって2ヶ月たったら、体重以外の測定自体できなくなりました。
どうすれば直るのでしょうか？問い合わせしても反応ありません。

概ね満足しているのですが体重のグラフ記録が1週間でしか表されないところが不満です。
遡るのはスライドしていかないと見られない。
縮めて1ヶ月、1年、計測当初からと見えてる画面てグラフを見れるようにしてほしい

This app requires Internet access to login with your email address & password else it won’t open the app. Why? This is a huge problem. For example, I purchased a digital clamp multimeter which uses this app to wirelessly monitor & chart diagnostic test readings over time. But if you’re in a location where there’s no WiFi or Cellular internet access you can’t login. And if you can’t login, the app won’t open. ==> Please fix this. Do like other developers do and provide a means to login Locally or as Guest so we can still use the app in locations such as underground or inside metal sttuctures, etc.

My initial review is overall favorable. The most important feature for me is scale accuracy and this product appears solid. Reporting features need some editing so hoping to see improvement there. Will review again.

When you click on “App Support” you are taken to a page that is all Chinese.  When you click the EN button at the top of the page it does nothing.  There is zero instruction on how to get the APP to display scale weight in lbs instead of kgs.  App needs a lot of work to be useful.

最近使ってないけどfacebookでログインできなくなったのは覚えてるデータがわからなくなったのでこのアプリのログインアカウントを作ることをおすすめします。捨てアド等Appleストア（今見てるアプリ）で検索したら出るので

アプリ内に日本語にする設定もしたけどどうしても体重計のデータは英語と中国語だけなのか？
アプリ開いて体重計に乗ると色々とスマホの方にデータが来るので便利ではありますが多少の不便を感じるかと思います。
もしも日本語完全対応になったらちゃんと使える気がするため星三にしました。
体重計に関しては日本国産でスマホ連動もあるはずなのでいずれ買い替えるかもしませんが、現状アプリなし体重計で体重を測るだけで家にいる家族は使っています。

Only thing right is the weight. Interface is non existent as is the accuracy. No actual biometrics. Its guessing off of height and weight. I wish i had seen the app reviews first. Disappointed!

I have just got the newOximeter and it works great. The app for my Apple iPhone I am struggling with. To register I put in my email try for a password and it just won’t take it. Trying my own password and a strong password given by phone and still not working. Is there a trick to getting it to work? I have looked for troubleshooting but I only read English. Where to look now. Just be careful if you are looking at buying 🤨

Bluetooth connection broken since upgrading app on Nov 3, 2025. Saw broken on multiple phones, and scale’s Bluetooth still works. Able to initiate connection, start the weighing, but after finishing weigh fails with network error in app.

体重以外にも体脂肪率やその他細かな項目が19項目計測表示されて便利でしたが、使用して1ヶ月経過したらほとんど項目ごと削除され、体重・BMI・標準体重・重さコントロール・肥満評価の5項目しか表示されなくなりました。計測もされていません。過去の記録も消えました。それさえなければ高評価でした。

乗ってもオンにならなかったり、体重データーが届いてると思って降りたら0lgになったりで欠陥品かもと疑っています。
他のアプリだと多くの情報が簡単に毎日記録出来てグラフも折れ線で表示するのにこちらはほぼ一直線で意味無し。

【データレポートを表示】を押すと、データが不完全でレポートを生成できません。と表示され今まで詳細な水分量なども計測表示してくれてたのに見れない上に、過去のデータも見れなくなってしまいました。

これはどのようにしたら復旧できるのでしょうか。また、なぜなってしまったのでしょうか？

I’ve had this scale for a long time and I really love it but here’s the problem if I go out of town or I decide not to wait after two weeks it tells me there’s no such account so I have to register again with another email. I’ve already used like 10 different emails. I don’t have any other emails. This is ridiculous. Why does this keep happening? Is there anyway that someone can email me and tell me what I can do so that I can use my scale?

### 5/5 — New bug (v1.60.0) & How to Register (v1.55.7)

Found a bad bug with v1.60.0 on iOS 16.5.1 that causes the iPhone display to blink & flash or go black indefinitely after opening a saved data file.

After collecting data for 6.5hrs at a sampling rate of 60 samples per minute (1S/Min) and pressing Stop to save the file, opening the file causes the screen display to blink or go black indefinitely. It is impossible to load, view, or share the file.

Previous review & solution for bug in v1.55.7

Apparently v1.55.7 has a bug which prevents accepting some passwords on the Registration screen. An advisory appears saying you can input between 6-16 letters & characters but apparently the developer forgot to enable special characters in the Password input box. After entering a password using only letters & numbers I was able to successfully register & open the app. Also, before you can connect to your particular device, make sure if you previously installed the App on any other phones nearby, confirm the AILINK app is closed on those other phones (only one BT connection at a time is permitted). Coincidentally the Android version of AILINK v1.54.1 used to work fine but now crashes during launch. To solve this, reinstalling it from the Playstore seemed to update it even though they’re marked as the same version. After reinstalling you’ll see a login screen just like the iPhone version. You can use the same login & password. Hope this helps some of you out there!
