## What is AIM?

AIM makes everyday family meals easier. Answer a few questions once, then generate simple weekly plans, recipes, and grocery lists shaped around your household's preferences, allergies, budget, and schedule.

PLAN FOR THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD
Add family members with their own dietary preferences, allergies, and the nutrition topics they care about. AIM merges everyone's needs into one plan automatically.

THREE STEPS TO A PLAN
1. Set up your profile and household once.
2. Choose who's eating and pick a start date and length — 3, 5, or 7 days.
3. Pick a focus — a wellness interest, favorite recipes, or quick meals — and generate. Review, then get recipes, a grocery list, and a day-by-day schedule.

EVERYTHING FOR THE WEEK
• Quick meals filtered by prep time — 15, 30, or 45 minutes for busy weeknights.
• Auto-generated grocery lists with regional pricing, downloadable by day range.
• A built-in AI assistant for recipe ideas, cooking tips, and meal suggestions.
• Month, week, and day calendar views with drag-and-drop and calendar export.
• Explore foods by health topic and wellness interest, then turn those choices into recipes and lists.
• Medication-interaction awareness: AIM may flag possible food–medication interactions based on the medications you enter — a helpful nudge to double-check with your pharmacist.

WELLNESS, NOT MEDICAL CLAIMS
AIM is a meal-planning and nutrition-education tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary decisions related to a medical condition.

SUBSCRIPTION
AIM is free to start with no credit card. Optional subscriptions unlock full planning. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
