### 1/5 — Trash ngl

*2026-06-11, version 1.152.0*

Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Takes forever to load pictures and sometimes just chooses not to load any. It will also show the dates of when new photos have come out but won’t show you the photos until days later. Huge pain to use this app. Took me an hour to look at 100 photos.

### 1/5 — Pics Don’t Load

*2026-05-23, version 1.150.0*

This app is so frustrating to use! If the pics come through at all they’re very fuzzy and you can’t see faces clearly. I’ve tried all the suggestions and I still can’t see the most recent pics of my son. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Fails to Load

*2026-05-09*

Currently in the DEP and we have to use this horrible app. It worked for maybe like 2 weeks, then it just showed “error failed to authorize” and didn’t show anything. I reinstalled and lo and behold, it takes forever for the buffer screen to go away, and I forgot my password and the way to fix it is for them to send you a temporary password, rather than just sending a link to reset it. Who in their right mind thought this was a genius idea? Combine that with the chance it doesn’t even give you a temp password because it gives an error message. Don’t even bother with messaging support, they won’t help.

### 1/5 — Dear Developers, this app is BROKEN.

*2026-04-08, version 1.147.0*

Trying to login is a chore. I’ll create an account, save the login details to my phone, and then receive an “invalid password” error message when autofilling with the very credentials I just created. They email you a verification code, but there’s no prompt that asks for it in the app while creating your account. Then, rinse and repeat (I went through this loop three times before finally giving up)….either fix this useless app or remove it from the App Store altogether. I’m not normally the type who sits down and writes a review, but this app pushed me to my limit so here ya go! :)

### 2/5 — app error ?

*2026-04-06, version 1.147.0*

was great the first few weeks with updated photos of flights, but ever since the 3/30 update all flights say no photos at all?? there were photos before and now none. disappointed with this and not just my flight but all that i click on!! please fix soon 🙏🙏

### 1/5 — Over Promises & Under Delivers

*2026-02-28, version 1.146.0*

Like most Air Force apps this one describes capabilities that either don’t exist or aren’t utilized. I don’t know what company the Air Force pays for these apps but guess it’s cost tax payers millions. You can add your Airman’s flight and then get generic information and generic pictures that aren’t from their flight. BMTs official Facebook page is a better resource.

### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to add my bmt date

*2025-11-22, version 1.141.0*

Tried so many times to add my bmt date to start the countdown but it keeps on giving me errors regardless of how many times I install/uninstall

### 5/5 — Love the 14 week workout

*2025-11-06*

I recommend this to all future airmen. The workout on here is good, memory work also puts you ahead of schedule.

### 1/5 — Literally the slowest app I know

*2025-11-06, version 1.139.0*

Haven’t been able to pictures of my bfs flight for an entire week. They literally just WONT load. I’ve done everything. I’ve reinstalled and uninstalled. I checked for updates. I opened and closed the app. The app LITERALLY won’t let me see the pictures from the past week.

### 3/5 — Super slow.

*2025-11-04*

I downloaded this app to see pictures of my boyfriend. It takes days at most 3, to see new photos. I also tried to watch “basic training by week” it literally wouldn’t even play. I love to be able to see pictures but it takes absolutely forever.
