### 2/5 — Too many steps & prices don’t match

When ordering food through the app there are too many steps just to get to the restaurant ordering page. It needs be simplified. Also, the price shown on the menu is not price you’re charged. I want to use the app but it’s faster to just call the order in.

It’s a little clunky but not to hard to use. I think the system has been down for 3-4 weeks at least at iron rail.  The check in system has never worked to my knowledge. They can’t add points to my card and we can’t use any rewards, but for some reason they are still having people sign up on a system that doesn’t work. I have it two stars instead of one as it was a cool concept.
