Stop guessing whether today is a drying day. AIma Wash & Dry takes the hour-by-hour forecast for your area and runs it through the physics of how washing actually dries, answering three questions an ordinary weather app cannot: what time to hang it out, what time it will be ready, and which garments will genuinely finish drying today. WHAT IT TELLS YOU Today's Drying Index One score from 0 to 100, worked out from humidity, temperature, wind and sunshine, with a plain explanation of where the number came from. Best Drying Window (Pro) The hour to hang the washing out and the hour to bring it back in, worked out for you. Garment by garment Thin tops, towels, bedsheets and jeans dry at very different speeds. Each is judged separately against the hours actually left in today, instead of one blanket verdict for the whole load. 7-Day Drying Plan (Pro) See at a glance which day suits a big wash and which day to leave alone. Collection Reminder (Pro) Tell it when you hung the washing out and it works out when to collect. If the weather is about to turn, it tells you to bring the washing in early. Sheets Day (Pro) Set how often you change the bedding and be reminded on a day that genuinely suits it. Indoor Drying Calculator Room size, indoor humidity and whether a fan or dehumidifier is running, turned into an estimated drying time. Tap & Know How to Wash Pick the garment, the fabric and how dirty it is, and get wash, dry and iron guidance you can share. Wash Cycle Tracker How long since the sheets, towels and pillowcases were last washed, and whether they are due. Washing Machine Capacity (Pro) Estimate the load from the number of items, so the drum is never packed too full to wash properly. HOW IT IS DIFFERENT An ordinary weather app gives you the chance of rain. It does not know that 78% humidity will stop a bedsheet drying even in full sun, or that a window closing at 16:00 means the jeans should wait for another day. AIma Wash & Dry is built around drying, not around weather. WHERE IT WORKS 75 districts across the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. PRIVACY No account, no sign-up, no advertising, no tracking. PRO The free version includes Today's Drying Index, the weather detail, the Indoor Drying Calculator and Tap & Know How to Wash. Pro unlocks the Best Drying Window and collection time, the 7-Day Drying Plan, the Collection Reminder, Sheets Day, the Washing Machine Capacity calculator and the in-depth section of every article. The app used to read only the chance of rain, so a 0% reading during real drizzle still counted as a drying day. It now reads measured rainfall as well, so light rain is picked up. Today's row in the 7-day plan now agrees with the garment advice. When there is not enough daylight left to dry even a light shirt, it says Not advisable instead of Marginal. Sportswear keeps the same drying time; its Chinese name now says quick-dry, to match. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-18 • Fixed the drying index caption: a day marked unsuitable no longer carries a positive comment. • The drying index subtitle now states that the score covers today's drying hours. • After sunset the daily report says the drying hours are over, instead of advising on hours that have passed. • The damp/condensation notice now always states that it describes current conditions. • A "Low" UV reading is now shown in a neutral colour, with improved text contrast. ## Apps similar to AIma Wash & Dry | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Dry My Washing](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/dry-my-washing/id6762948256) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Weather | | [Drying Buddy: Laundry Weather](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/drying-buddy-laundry-weather/id6746894131) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Weather | | [Washcast: Laundry Weather](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/washcast-laundry-weather/id6749302861) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Weather | | [HumidCalc](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/humidcalc/id1135328698) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Weather | | [Weather forecast!](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/weather-forecast/id795721175) | 4.6 (34) | Free | Weather | | [Room Temperature Checker](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/room-temperature-checker/id6785022525) | — | Free | Weather | ## More apps by Sin Yee Tam - [帶飯嗎 - AIma 飯盒食譜](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/aima/id6801489231) All apps by Sin Yee Tam: https://appshunter.io/developer/6801489233 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
