Pretty good app, for basic management and receiving notifications.
Sometimes one time password can’t be properly inserted (copied or can’t focus back to the field).
I am really missing an option to remotely decrypt a folder.
Well also missing an option to encrypt entire volume (in ADM), but well…
there’s also missing option to manage DDNS config.

I quite like the option to share login credentials between Asustor apps.

This works nicely for me, but I would love to access the apps I install with this instead of using the web page. I also would like to be be able to handle swapping out drives for more space and growing the space as will with this app. Only way I can see to do it is via web interface. That’s small on my phone.

why not list the external backups vertical instead of horizontal? It takes ages to scroll through them and the whole bottom of the screen isn’t used this way

Nickel pour initialiser le NAS au 1er démarrage.
Après ça, fait le taf, mais basique par rapport à la gestion depuis le pc. Utile pour garder un œil sur fonctionnement, pas bcp plus.

Ця ситуація виникає майже у всіх.
Коли користуюсь програмою для мене це щоразу ад.
У мене стоїть мова телефону Українська, однак нажаль програма цю мову не підтримує. І замість того, щоб дозволити мені вибрати одну із мов, які підтримує програма, мені насильно, тобто без права вибору ставить мову англійську, якою я взагалі не володію і не вивчав. Хоча можу спокійно розмовляти польською, німецькою які є доступні у цій програмі

I am not sure what triggered this, but for some reason if AI Master cannot connect to my NAS it just crashes. It does not give me the option of editing my connection. I have to delete the app, re-install it, and re-configure it.

It’s not a substitute for the web app (ADM) but it is useful for sending alerts to my phone/watch and for putting my NAS to sleep and waking it up.

(I tried to edit this review to remove my earlier complaint about Wake On LAN. I’ve since discovered the WOL feature and it works fine.)

It’s not a substitute for the web app (ADM) but it is useful for sending alerts to my phone/watch and for putting my NAS to sleep. I wish it could also wake it up again — I have to use another app to send a Wake On LAN magic packet.

When connecting via iPhone on same network app sits and spins wheel for several min before reporting an error.  Cancel option is locked out during this time.  Connecting is hit or miss at best.  Latest update ruined the already poor app.  Enabling a cancel request seems a reasonable function the app should have.

Bonne application dans l’ensemble, cependant une petite optimisation serait la bienvenue pour éviter quelques lenteurs comme à la connexion ou l’ouverture des apps. Il manque le download Center pour gérer ses téléchargements depuis son mobile et ça sera parfait

If you change your NAS ip or ip scheme between launches, this app will struggle forever trying to connect to an invalid address.  This is stupid.  I should be able to open the app and then select when to connect.  That way if I noticed the last used info is wrong I can change it BEFORE connecting

No file access, lots of apps installed on the web app aren’t visible or compatible with the mobile app. Terrible UI. What’s the point of having this app?

Dreadful App Dreadful asustor nas drive - it is absolutely hopeless overly complex mess of a unit and doesnt work well - biggest regret was buying this NAS - selling it on or taking to scrap and returning to synology as they work well
