## What is AimMe?

Translate a single word on the page by pointing your camera at it.

AimMe helps you read physical books in another language without losing the thread of the story. When you come across an unfamiliar word, you can understand it in the moment and keep turning the page.

No jumping between apps. No constant dictionary searches. No wall of translated text when all you need is a single word.

Speech got a major upgrade in this release. AimMe now includes a new speech experience with clearer voice options, improved playback controls, and more consistent text-to-speech across Reader, Settings, and Saved Words.

You can now choose between Basic and Advanced speech, adjust the speaking rate to match your pace, and use the same improved speech controls throughout the app. Under the hood, speech routing was rebuilt to be smarter and more reliable, with fallback behavior that helps playback stay available across more situations
