No charge on car, left dirty and when I call I am told I have to call back.  No apology, no reimbursement.  Truly terrible customer service

I’ve never had a good encounter with the support team for Aimo. Always slow and useless. Every call is unhelpful and often ends with me being in a worse position that I started.

I can’t create an account. After putting in my information, the form field auto-formats it and says that it’s valid, but the form doesn’t allow me to move forward because “the format is incorrect”. Very disappointed since you can’t even create an account on the website.

I couldn’t manage to upload my driving  license picture and couldn’t complete my registration. I tried everything possible, the app flows are just broken.
I lost my time unfortunately...

Terrible, buggy app, faulty cars that drain and leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere, horrible customer service. A joke compared to DriveNow and Car2Go.

Autocorrect in email field. Password field doesn’t use iCloud Keychain. Have to redo the whole signup flow if any error happens. No Apple Pay. After account creation I had to log in manually. After 15 minutes I finally have an account. But I can’t book a car, because they have to manually verify me first.

Aimo is a great car sharing option in Stockholm (not many in general)! Excited  for the Tesla’s to be added to the fleet. Decent amount of charging/
Pick up locations and glad you can park on street in some locations. App is pretty straight forward and east to use. Cost is about what you’d expect,  a little pricey but it’s a great option
