They give you 2 choices: 12 months and 6 months, both at $19.99. I chose the 12 month subscription. 5 seconds later I get an alert that I was charged $30.94, almost double the price. That is absolutely ridiculous. So I’m not happy. For two, there’s no option to change the sizing of the photo so I can make sure the whole photo fits inside the frame. I sized them up the best that I could but it still cuts off some of the faces. I thought I was getting a good deal with purchasing this frame, but I definitely regret it.
