- Set up different rate sheets
- Only enter data (client information, PO numbers, location, job descriptions) once
- Capture third-party cost plus charges

- Capture physical stamps and signatures electronically in the field

2. Visual Dashboards:

- See your KPIs (revenue, equipment, utilization, etc.) in real-time

3. Reporting:

Great app paperless is a nice change! A couple bugs, have issues where I submit a ticket, shows closed on my end but the office doesn’t get it until I re open my app the next morning. I also had a closed and submitted ticket disappear from my competed list and didn’t show up on the offices end.

App crashes when trying to designate field ticket as labor only.  (Only on iPhone 13 that I’ve found.).

Suffice it to say that I spent years looking for a platform and waiting for technology to catch up to what I envisioned. This is it. Every $ accounted for. Every hour, every piece of equipment.
