• Reliability improvements to background error reporting.

Fixes for two problems found by the new crash reporting.

• Sharing now works properly. Invoice and report PDFs, export files and catalog links could silently fail to open the share sheet on some devices — nothing happened when you tapped Share. Fixed everywhere sharing is offered.
• The Google button on the sign-up screen now shows its logo instead of a broken image.

Invoices now clearly show whether they're paid. A colored status — Paid, Due, Overdue, Partly Paid or Overpaid — appears on the invoice, along with the amount paid and the balance remaining. Recording a payment larger than the balance now saves the extra as customer credit that's automatically applied to that customer's next invoice. The invoice PDF has been cleaned up for a sharper, more professional look.
