However, the app takes a 20% cut which is a lot ! There are other branded platforms that don’t take a cut. It would be great if it was only 10% or less. ### 1/5 — Ios app does not work *2025-02-21, version 31.1.0* Tried using the app but it fails to verify when I put the code in my Instagram bio. Tried sending email but the website form failed to send message. ### 3/5 — Glitchy *2024-12-01, version 30.0.8* This app is glitchy. Trying to finish my profile it won’t let me upload photos and keeps sending me around in circles making me fill out the same pages over and over again. On top of that it keeps emailing me invites from brands but I can’t do anything because I can’t finish my profile. And none of the brands are offering pay. Just commission. Waste of time. I can’t figure out how to deactivate my account and stop yall from emailing me. 😭 ### 3/5 — Good app *2024-11-26, version 30.0.8* Good app could be a great app if they actually update information in real time. Also the app acts like brands accepts your offer but they actually don’t from my experience. I will change it once things change. ### 1/5 — The most terrible platform ever! *2024-11-20, version 30.0.8* As others have said, don't waste your time. The people running these platforms are rude and unprofessional. The platform sends emails every day saying we have been selected for a job but they never follow up, why do they bother sending us a job invite? And even if you do get a job, it will take 4 weeks to get your money. There are many better platforms out there. ### 1/5 — Do NOT use!!! WARNING!! *2024-11-05, version 30.0.8* If you are a creator beware of this app. They do not have your best interest. Brands are allow to talk down to you, disrespect you and this app does nothing about it. They even speak down to you as well. As far as getting in touch with any customer service, you can NOT. They will not answer you and they do not even keep up with each job you are doing. I’ve been a content creator for years, creating content for 100s of well known brands and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. There are so many other apps for creators! Stay away from this one. You will waste your time and money and they will not even answer you. They are a scam company making money off of creators who do not need them even. ### 1/5 — Worst Influencer App *2024-10-13, version 29.6.0* DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! This has been the worst influencer app experience. Most of brands don’t respond and when they do it’s like a bait and switch of the offer. It says you can ask your price and negotiate but they only low ball you in return. Also have some racists brands that they don’t get. Customer support is trash. Filed a complaint over a week ago about something bogus that a brand said and they only suspended our account with no investigation and no response. Save yourself. Don’t fool yourself thinking you’re going to make good deals here. FYI…we have a substantial following. $23 - $50 for posts/reels etc. is an insult. ### 1/5 — Lowball central *2024-10-08, version 29.6.0* They will continuously lowball you and expect you to have 1 million followers, at this point if they don’t want to pay creators, they should just directly reach out to the tiktok famous people on TikTok. I have over 300,000 followers. I’ve told myself that I wasn’t gonna lowball which my offers that I sent them weren’t even very high, especially people who have the same amount of followers as me getting paid 5000 a post. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-07-05* If you are a brand, this company says the money in your wallet is secure and 100% refundable if it isn’t used on campaigns, but they will never give it back. Don’t deposit a dime that you hope to have back one day. I’ve been trying for a year to get the money in my wallet transferred back to me. They basically stole $2,000. ### 2/5 — The brands on it *2024-03-17, version 29.1.0* Ok so, I absolutely love the app! It has a easy way to look at things and invites, and gives you emails daily about people who “WANT” to collaborate with me. At first I got a few and was excited but no one ever responded back, also when you first download the app it makes you fill out all this info like how many followers you have etc. but literally no one looks at that. You basically just get spammed with emails for people who want to NOT pay you and just waste your time honestly. I’ve brought up pay to quite a few people showing my rates, and talking to them about theirs and it’s like they’d rather not pay what they say their rates are too. It’s just annoying because in all they want unrealistic things. “100k followers” when I put that I had 7k. Like cmon, it’s not even exciting to get emails anymore :/ ### 1/5 — Can’t log back into the app *2023-12-29, version 28.0.0* I randomly was logged out of the app and have not been able to log on since. I even tried changing my password, but I just get a error message when trying to login. I was trying to get in touch with a customer service, but I have yet to even find one. at this point, I just have to delete the app app because I can’t get into even see the deals. You will not be paid for your work, don’t waste your time on this one ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2025-12-30, version 32.0.0* I’ve been trying to finish SETUP and I can’t get past adding hashtags. It also wouldn’t let me pull up the keyboard to type things multiple times. I had to close the app to restart it multiple times. ### 1/5 — They lie *2025-12-11, version 32.0.0* It says it welcomes “creators of all sizes” but you need a minimum of 5k followers. ### 1/5 — Good platform, but could improve on payout fairness. *2025-08-28, version 32.0.0* I’ve had a smooth experience using Ainfluencer to connect with brands. The platform is user-friendly and provides a safe way to manage collaborations through its escrow system — which helps ensure both sides stick to the agreed terms. That said, I do feel that the 20% commission is quite high, especially for creators who are doing all the content production and engagement. It would be great to see a more creator-friendly fee structure in the future, to better support the work influencers put in. Still, it’s a useful tool for discovering new opportunities and managing deals more securely. ### 1/5 — Scammy *2025-08-23, version 32.0.0* These collabs are either fake or they change after you sign up. ### 1/5 — Terrible racist app *2025-06-07, version 31.1.5* My account was first suspended because they deemed it had some racist and discriminatory information. My account does not contain any of that and this was apparent as they had it approved for a long time and those posts date back to 2023. Clearly there was a complaint placed which rather than do an objective review on, they moved to suspending them disapproving my account. There are a couple of posts in support of Palestine and because of this, they disapproved my account. I showed support to people undergoing a genocide, instead of receiving support, I get banned for standing for human rights. This is a racist company perpetrating anti-Palestinian racism. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-04-18, version 31.1.2* I put so much effort into making an account and signing up but I got the app and it doesn’t let me sign in ### 1/5 — Lowest paying Platform *2025-04-05, version 31.1.1* I have had a very disappointing experience with Ainfluencer, which I consider to be the worst influencer platform I’ve worked with. Unfortunately, brands do not seem to value influencers adequately and often offer incredibly low compensation. For instance, despite having over 60,000 followers on Instagram and more than 110,000 combined across multiple platforms, I was offered only $15 for a post. On top of that, this platform takes a hefty 20% commission from every payment made to influencers. Many times, brands even expect influencers to purchase their products upfront in order to give them a 5 star review. This means that the platform deducts 20% from our earnings as well as an additional 20% from the amount we need to spend on the products, effectively leaving us with little to nothing. If you create content solely for enjoyment and don’t mind the cuts and hassle involved, then this platform might be suitable for you. However, if you're looking for fair compensation and timely payments, you might want to look elsewhere. After spending your own money to buy the product for content creation, the platform tends to hold onto the funds for an extended period, which feels unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend Ainfluencer to fellow influencers seeking fair treatment and reasonable compensation. ### 1/5 — Do Not use!!! *2025-03-17, version 31.1.1* This app is scam!!! I create a Content worked out a deal posted on my page and then the app all of us. Something suspended my page and told me that I would not be paid. I loved the fact that I receive emails about branded campaigns weekly, and submitting offers to them is super DIY and very easy! The entire process is very fast and chatting with the brands is great! My recommendation is 100% and my rating is 5-star. There were quite few bugs in spring when I started using the platform but seems NO bugs and glitches exist any more.
