## What is AIO Field?

AIO Field gives authorised field technicians, contractors, laboratory technicians and HQ staff controlled access to current technical documentation for their assigned projects. Sign in with a pre-approved account, find the right PDF and download an encrypted offline copy before travelling to a site with limited connectivity.

Features include:
• Invite-only sign-in with an email code or an account password.
• Document access based on assigned roles, countries and projects.
• A PDF library with page-level search and remembered reading position.
• Encrypted offline downloads with file-integrity verification.
• Online AI assistance based on the documentation available to your account, with source references and optional photo attachments.
• In-app reporting of an AI answer that needs review.
• Central access revocation and controlled offline-file removal.
• Owner tools for managing authorised users and document access.

An approved account is required. Download documents while online before using them offline. AI assistance requires an internet connection; check its answers against the cited manuals and your organisation's procedures.

AIO Field is a field-support application. It does not connect to an operational monitoring or control system.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.6 — 2026-10-31

• Sign in with any of your e-mail addresses.
• New help if the sign-in code doesn't arrive.
• Team management uses the same access as the AIO website: roles, places and end dates.
• Documents are shared by project.
• New product pictures for R-Card, the Smoke Detector, Air Conditioner Connect and Fan Connect.
• Reliability fixes.

### 1.1.4 — 2026-10-27

Guides and Assist improvements.

• Zoom much closer into guide pages (up to 8x) to read the small print on detailed drawings. Double-tap zooms to a readable size; double-tap again for the closest view.
• Assist renews your sign-in on its own instead of asking you to sign out.
• A citation to a guide in another of your projects now opens that guide.
• Reliability and battery improvements.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-15

More reliable on site, and guides stay private.

• Guide pages, guide details and Assist are protected: screenshots and screen recordings show "Protected content" instead.
• Saved guides stay on your phone, even if your sign-in expires or the phone clock is off.
• An open guide stays open when the screen locks, and the screen stays on while you read.
• Save all your guides for offline use in one step.
• See when your library was last checked and each guide's edition date. Update notifications name the guide and open it.
• Voice typing in Assist: speak your question, check the text, then send.
• Smaller photos in Assist for weak signal, with a Detail photo option for small labels and switches.
• The guide list opens on Sensors. Cleaner search results and many small fixes.
