Wow, what a horrible and complex app. Even with step by step instructions and an online tutorial it’s so frustrating. I mean this is over engineered 10x but if you need a PHD to understand what to do and how to navigate. Horrible.

Die 16er Version ist nun schon eine ganze Weile am Markt. Leider lässt sich die App im Querformat immer noch nicht verwenden (dreht nicht mit, bzw bleibt im Hochformat hängen). Wann kommt endlich das Bugfix? 🤔 So ist die App nicht zu gebrauchen. Nachtrag: Das Bugfix ist leider immer noch nicht verfügbar 🫣. Sehr, sehr schade. Bald werden es 2 Monate für die Beseitigung eines schwerwiegenden Bugs. Als Anwender nicht nachvollziehbar und alles andere als zufriedenstellend.

 Update: Heute kam das lang ersehnte Release 1.860 heraus. Jetzt klappt’s auch wieder mit dem Querformat unter iOS16. 💫 Ich hoffe, es bleibt nun bei einer stabilen Version. 🙏 Ich erhöhe gerne um einen 🌟 Sehr gerne um weitere Sterne, wenn die App wieder stabil bleibt. 🤞

Seit dem Update auf iOS15 muss die App bei jeder Verwendung manuell beendet und neu gestartet werden!

Hab nach langem Suchen nichts Besseres gefunden. Man kann seine Fernbedienung optisch und technisch nach Belieben zusammenstellen - hierzu muss man sich natürlich mit dem System befassen. Bisher habe ich nichts gefunden, was nicht geht.

Einer der Bewertenden spricht von der Unwissenheit der Anwender im Zusammenhang mit den negativen Bewertungen. Dazu muss man anmerken, dass Software dafür da ist und so gestaltet sein sollte, dass die Anwendung dem Anwender das Leben erleichtert. Hier weit gefehlt: Auch der durchschnittlich erfahrene Nutzer von IT muss sich durch Tutorials hangeln, um in kleinen Schritten weiterzukommen. Ausreichend Hilfestellungen fehlen. Hat man dann die App auf seinem Handy und die Geräte hochgeladen, funktionieren sie dann irgendwann nicht mehr. Remotebedienung weit gefehlt. Zeitplan keine Ahnung. Das eine oder andere darf man sich dann für Einwurf kleiner Münzen extra als Plugin dazukaufen. Wer dann noch eine andere Skin kaufen möchte, darf dann gleich mal 80 € extra bezahlen. Einfach nicht zeitgemäß, unausgereift und schlichtweg nervig.

Die App ist ganz gut, war sie bis IOS 15. die App muss nun jedes Mal ganz geschlossen werden und kann nicht direkt erneut aufgerufen werden. Das ist auf Dauer sehr nervig und hoffe es wird bald behoben

### 1/5 — Absolute Katastrophe-Somfy Anbindung unmöglich

Mediola ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Sobald man Somfy Produkte hat, ist weder NEO noch der Automation Manager nutzbar. Die Cloud-Anbindung ist fehlerhaft und man schiebt den Schwarzen Peter zu Somfy. Eine Nutzung ist in meinen Augen schon grob fahrlässig, da z.B. eine Alarmierung mit dem Automation Manager nicht möglich ist, wen Rate Limits abgelaufen sind - es passiert einfach NICHTS!!! Rolläden können nicht mehr gesteuert werden, Licht nicht mehr an und aus usw. usw. Und dafür verlangen die tatsächlich Geld, sehr viel Geld. Ich habe viele Skins und Plugins, sowie den CloudService gekauft und kann nichts nutzen. Wer noch Herr über seine Haussteuerung sein möchte, lässt die Finger von diesem Schrott. Und Mediola, kommt mir nicht mit „tut uns leid, schreib uns doch ein Mail und wir finden eine Lösung…“ hab ich alles schon, außer lapidare Standardantworten gibt es nichts zurück und auch im Forum wird schon gar nicht mehr darauf reagiert…..

Ich nutze die App schon seit vielen Jahren. An sich(meiner Meinung nach) die flexibelste und benutzerfreundlichste App für die Haussteuerung. Seit dem Update auf iOS 15 ist sie leider nur noch sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar.
Die App muss bei jedem Start “hart” beendet werden um aus dem Konfigurationsmodus heraus zu kommen. Außerdem lassen sie die Konfigurationsdateien nicht mehr von einem lokalem Server herunterladen. Statt dessen funktioniert nur noch der Download vom Mediola-Server. Für mich ein no Go.
Der Support schiebt den Fehler auf Apple und wartet auf ein Update von iOS. Nach zwei Updates auf iOS 15.0.2 keine Besserung.
Wer eine Haussteuerung einsetzen will sucht natürlich nach einem langlebigen Produkt mit vernünftiger Softwarepflege. Ich befürchte das die Entwicklung und Softwarepflege wohl  langsam eingestellt wird. Schlechte Aussichten für bisherige Kunden. Neukunden sollten sich lieber nach etwas Andrem umsehen.

### 4/5 — Smartphone App top / Apple Watch App derzeit noch Flop

Mit der Smartphone App bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatte nie irgendwelche Probleme, am Mac oder PC erstellte Fernbedienungen auf die Smartphone App zu laden. Das Steuern meiner Geräte funktioniert von dort einwandfrei und wenn nicht, lässt sich das ganze mittels AIO Creator NEO sehr gut regeln. Das Programm ist wirklich sehr gelungen.

Der einzige Part der meiner Meinung nach das Gesamtbild trübt ist die Implementierung des Apple Watch Supports. 
Das ich lediglich Makros konfigurieren kann wirkt zwar etwas plump und wenig individuell im Gegensatz zu einer eigens durch gestylten Smartphone Fernbedienung, aber gut, wenn’s dann wenigstens funktionieren würde.
Die Bedienung per Apple Watch App funktioniere bei mir original einen Tag. 
Danach, nie wieder. Meine Makros die anfangs noch liefen, funktionierten ohne jegliche Änderungen in Creator Neo noch in den Makros einfach nicht mehr. Es gab zu dem Zeitpunkt auch kein Update der Watch. Neuinstallation der App auf der Watch und dem iPhone sowie das Entkoppeln und Koppeln vom iPhone brachten auch nichts.
Wenn man dem Apple Watch Part etwas mehr Beachtung schenken würde wäre das eines der Killer-Features. Diese Uhr haben mittlerweile unglaublich viele Leute in meinem Umfeld und jemand der mit seiner Uhr eine eigens erstellte Fernbedienung nutzt um seinen Krempel zu steuern freut sich nicht nur, nein er fällt auch auf :))

Nach den Upgrade auf das 6Plus kämpfe ich nur mit Bugs. So viele Punke die nicht funktionieren, da muss man schon arbeitslos sein, um das alles adressieren zu können. Die Sache wird echt zeitaufwendig. Was für ein Rückschritt. Habe den Eindruck dass die ganzen Plug ins überhaupt nicht richtig fertig entwickelt werden. Hauptsache Masse. Und dafür zahlt man Geld. Die Krönung ist das App Update. Und schon gehen einprogrammierte Lichter nicht mehr. Und wieder Fehlersuchen. Wenn ich mal 2 Tage Zeit habe muss ich mal die ganzen Bugs an den Support schreiben. 
Probleme mit Homematic Thermostaten und Fensterkontakten
IR Befehle werden auf einmal nicht mehr ausgeführt, dann nach einer gewissen Zeit geht es wieder. Automation Manager verschluckt Schaltsignale. Lichter lassen sich nicht mehr steuern. Echt schlimm. Eigentlich möchte man wenn man eine Fertiglösung erwirbt nicht basteln. Wenn ich das möchte nehme ich FHEM oder Ähnliches. Und das ist dann billiger.
