You just take a few pictures in your kitchen(I took top profile shots as well from the front since I have a full pantry and fridge) , and the app uses its sneaky little eye to add everything to your virtual pantry. It only takes a few minutes to process it all, and then you can quickly review everything for accuracy. It didn’t get every single item 100% right, but it caught way more than I expected since everything is really tightly bunched together So that was really impressive! One of my favorite features is that you can choose to create recipes using only what’s already in your pantry. Or, you just stop by the store for a few extra ingredients(which I already do since I only know how to make ten meals offhand) , you can uncheck that option and the app comes up with even more creative meal ideas. Usually I’m stuck with trying to figure out what I need by myself. I’m definitely not the most creative cook, even though I love making homemade meals. This app takes so much of the pressure off by doing the thinking for me.
