When someone attempts to buzz in, you have to answer your phone, tap through to unlock your phone and open this app to either actually answer the call or slide to confirm you want to open the door. If you can do all that without the app crashing, it does work, but more often it either crashes or the process takes so long that the person on the other end gives up. It’s particularly problematic for getting packages delivered as the driver often doesn’t wait long enough for me to go downstairs and let them in. You’ll be out going for a walk and someone will call so you’ll tap the phone and then it will get tangled up between your phone unlocking and then trying to swipe it open and by that point the person‘s left. I use an iPhone like most people and this thing is nasty. ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2025-12-30, version 3.03* It rings, announces that I have a phone call. Screen looks like an incoming call. I have to swipe away that screen and get the app up. Have to have my glasses on the see the app. So I can see a delivery guy at the door but I can’t hear him or speak to him, no idea how to do that. All I can do is swipe to open the door but by that time they’ve usually gone. If they need someone to sign for the parcel I can’t speak to them to ask them to wait while I come down from the top floor.
