I'm a paid user of the browser plug-in and used google for gpt-AIPRM account/connection but I can't use that on the app? Side note: pricing model is a little stupid, you've got a great product with an awful amount restriction for personal use at the $9 sub. If not using with a team the $9/month should unlock most if not all features. Limiting 'favorite' and things like that is an d**** move. You'd probably get a lot more users if you adjust subscriptions. Every time I click on the bar to enter my question, it dissapears below the bottom header. It will come back up if I press the chat button below, but the same thing happens. You can blind type, but that doesnt work well for me, I'm not that sick wit it. When you hit enter, it jumps down to a new paragraph, so you can see the question box re appear more and more eachtime you press enter, but as soon as you put your cursor on it, it disappears again. So you know the question box is there, its just blocked by the bottom header. No matter what view of the sceen I try, nothing helps. 2nd. It doesnt show that I am premium although I am. It allows me to restore, but still will ask me to purchase Premium. Let's throw in a 3rd just for shh and giggles. There is no support chat. So all in all, I rate this AI Prompt app one lonely star. Do better AI Prompt, do better ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-05-09* This app is a scam, it only prompt once and it cannot continue a chat. This is even after purchasing the premium version. Waste of money. ### 1/5 — To be continued…. *2023-05-09, version 1.3* Long story short, I must’ve accidentally hit the subscription button I unsubscribe before a charge could be made yet for the past week. It has been trying to charge me $40 for a yearly subscription and I do not use the app. I have contacted customer service and am waiting patiently for their response. I cannot make any other payments to the subscriptions that I actually want until this matter is resolved. I am not subscribed to the service. Therefore, the charges should not be applied.
