I tried all possible cards eventually I paid through tabby just because I wanted to finish the transaction. How is this an airline website when customers cannot make a simple payment. Ridiculous!!! ### 1/5 — Worst Airline Experience of My Life *2026-05-20, version 13.1.0* I have never experienced such terrible airline service in my life. Even though we had already purchased extra baggage online, we were asked to pay again at the airport. Even though we had already paid again at the check-in counter, we were then asked to pay once more at passport control as well. The staff seemed completely unaware of each other’s actions, with no communication or coordination at all. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff, especially Shantos and Kareem. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed very little interest in resolving the issue. We felt completely ignored instead of supported. Rather than trying to assist passengers, they seemed indifferent to the situation. This level of disorganization and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND HARASSMENT. I have flown over 50 times and hold Silver status with EgyptAir; I have never in my life experienced the level of unprofessionalism, humiliation, and outright blackmail that I faced at Cairo Terminal 1 with Air Arabia. I was booked on flight G9621 (Cairo to Sharjah) on April 16, 2026. What should have been a standard check-in turned into a nightmare caused by a supervisor named Ahmed. This individual is a disgrace to the airline industry. He: • Humiliated me publicly, shouting in front of the entire staff and a crowd of passengers. • Blackmailed and threatened me, stating he would bar me from boarding and ordered staff to pull my checked luggage off the plane—all over a slight weight discrepancy in my carry-on that was not clearly stated on the ticket. • Extorted 6,330 EGP from me at the last minute, using my flight as leverage to force payment. Ahmed’s behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and predatory. He delayed my boarding to the point where I almost missed the flight, all while maintaining a threatening and abusive tone. If you value your peace of mind and dignity, avoid Air Arabia at all costs. They employ power-tripping supervisors who treat loyal travelers like criminals. This was my first and absolutely my last time flying with this low-tier airline. Save yourself the stress—book with anyone else. ### 1/5 — Obsolète. Old *2026-03-25, version 13.1.0* Anyone can do a better app now. Especially with ai. Always have to re login everytime you open the app and receive on OTP. It’s beyond annoying. The design is still the same since 20 years. It’s not a user friendly app. I have 1300+aed credit that I can’t redeem for a reservation. Honestly guys I hope you’re reading this. I later tried to buy the ticket finally but guess what now points are no more available to use for that 220 AED credits. This happened to me for few times now and support is not helping.
