I couldn’t find my booking no matter which combination of booking reference, surname, or other details I entered. It simply doesn’t work. The registration process is an absolute mess. It forces you to fill in a huge amount of personal information just to use basic features. Instead of making travel easier, the app creates unnecessary frustration. A modern airline app should let passengers quickly access their bookings without jumping through hoops. This one fails at the basics. But the app is atrocious, full of bugs and lacking logic. For instance, when you press "check-in" on one of your bookings, it takes you to a web-page that asks for the booking reference. Seriously?? Покупал билеты через Каспий банк, после перелета прошло около месяца. Начинаю вводить все данные и когда все заполнил выдает ошибку , повторите снова. Even locals hate this airline for overpriced tickets, very bad service, constant delays and problems. The app of the Air Astana is another example of failure - doesn’t display or notify on delays, glitchy and never works.
