앱이 요청하는 작업을 제대로 수행 안함. 모바일 탑승권 발급 하기가 여간 어려운 게 아님. 하다보면 전화기를 집어 던지고 싶어짐. 별 한 개 주기도 아깝다. 앱 이용 등의 불편 때문이라도 앞으로 에어부산 이용 안 하고 싶을 정도임. 심각한 수준. 거의 스마트폰 처음 나온 수준에 머물러 있는 앱

とにかくモバイルチェックインが遅過ぎる。ボタン一個押したら基本5分は待たされる。5分待たされて次に行けばいいが、エラーでまたやり直しの場合も多数ある。他の航空会社とは違って、乗る前から最悪の経験をした。
