Toujours à la recherche d un bon tarif pour notre voyage , il est très simple de parcourir le site Air Caraïbes à toutes heures, et permettre de vérifier entre les 3 compagnies qui effectuent les vols vers la Martinique en catégorie premium . On attend un tarif raisonnable pour acheter nos billets comme tous les ans , le site est fluide simple , parfait .

La réservation d’un vol à partir des miles crédités pour des billets prime pour ceux ayant une carte fidélité est quasiment toujours inaccessible.. surtout pour certaines destinations. Il y a toujours un message d’erreur.. application beug etc. Ça fait plus d’un an que vous le dit à croire que c’est volontaire de ne empêcher de disposer librement de nos miles. (Y compris sur le site internet). Des choix contraignants pour le consommateur

Très déçue d’Air Caraïbes. Nous avons dû rentrer en urgence suite à une personne en fin de vie, suivie du décès..pas de possibilité de modifier le retour, nous avons dû régler pour les nouveaux billets retour, aucun geste commercial, aucun arrangement possible alors que chaque année nous voyageons avec cette compagnie…la fidélité n’est pas récompensée..!! À fuir !!

Bonjour 
Je réserve des places 3 à 4 mois dans des appareils qui sont remplacés lors du jour du vol
Conséquence nous n’avons pas les places avec inconvénients manquent de place pour les jambes
Et à chaque vol c’est des discussions sans fin pour avoir un résultat qui ne convient pas toujours.
