La personne qui a créé l’application il n’a ca revoit l’application ,parce que pour créer son compte c’est très compliqué et quand lui même utilise l’application Air France il n’ai pas comptant il faut bien tricher sur Air France c’est mieux

L’application est globalement bien conçue et utile pour gérer ses vols, mais deux points importants mériteraient d’être améliorés.

Premièrement, lors d’une recherche de réservation, celle-ci disparaît systématiquement dès que l’on ferme puis rouvre l’application. Il est assez fastidieux de devoir refaire toute la recherche à chaque utilisation.

Deuxièmement, l’ajout du boarding pass dans l’application Apple Wallet ne fonctionne pas, ce qui est pourtant une fonctionnalité essentielle pour voyager sereinement.

En corrigeant ces deux problèmes, l’expérience utilisateur serait nettement meilleure.

Il y a une erreur dans le nom de l’application sous ios c’est mis « Air Côte d\’Ivoire ».

De plus, dans la procédure d’achat d’un billet sur l’application, au niveau de la section “Veuillez choisir un vol Aller”, après avoir sélectionné un vol, le bouton “Suivant” devient inaccessible car il est masqué par la barre de navigation ajoutée lors de la dernière mise à jour.

Rien ne fonctionne, le site est trop vieux, tout le monde n’a pas envie de se déplacer jusqu’à l’aéroport juste pour pouvoir acheter des billets d’avion.

Worthless app. It does not list their hub in Abidjan as a destination so it is impossible to book a flight there. When one clicks the flight schedule it shows an out of date flight schedule. This is bad as their website does not work on an iPhone.  Welcome to 1994. If you want to book a ticket call their ticket office.
