Subscriptions out of control

App listing states under in app purchase that premium access is $3.99. No mention of subscription. Once installed, the first screen announces that after a 3 day trial, this app will cost you $3.99 PER WEEK. This is ridiculous, considering the app is a just a Bluetooth scanner. It’s not like it has to connect to a server to function. Bluetooth only communicates over a very short range, typically 10 meters or 30 feet.
