I tried to contact developer a month ago, support email not exists still, the app prompts for purchase on every launch even it is purchased. I have press restore purchase every time I start it. I’ll update review if developer ever responds or fix it

I downloaded the full lifetime version, but every time I open the app, I have to restore purchases or may be charged!!!

SCAM!!

Dear friends,
I've seen your utility on AppAdvice, liked it and downloaded

After onboarding I've choosed "lifetime" and pressed "continue". "Succesfully purchaced" appeared. 

But after app closing and opening again after device search the same billing prompt appeared. I've choosed "liftime" again and pressed "continue" again. "Succesfully purchaced" appeared again. 8-)

What happens? My choice for billing was not adopted?
