It will not download. Ridiculous number of incorrect answers. This, amongst abundance of other issues, make it very clear that this company rushed the app out to get their government payout. Chapter 5 emergency management is chapter 17 in the audio book. It states I need to be connected to internet. Tried WiFi and cell service. Tried different locations.
