Nice job Air team, keep crushing it. ### 3/5 — Password Protect Videos? *2018-03-05, version 1.1.12* If you could share videos via a password I would instantly move over to using this app. Until then however, I’ll have to continue using and paying for Vimeo. “ANYONE with a link can watch your videos....” — I would hate for one of my links of my family/kids to leak out for strangers to see. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Managing permissions on videos is something we're actively thinking about. Currently, your videos are private by default, until you share the link. Then, anyone with that link can watch the video. We'll look into your password suggestion, as well as other ways of giving specific users access to a video (like a Google doc). I like to record golf swings and storing them was a pain. This has been a great way to organize and archive my progression! I looked in the settings but can’t find a way to change this. Also can’t find a customer support or contact section for help. This app seemed promising but I’m bummed. ### 1/5 — 1 star because search doesn’t work *2023-01-11, version 2.31.0* We love air. Our whole team does but this app is atrocious! Search crashes, can’t click on tags, and super laggy! I know y’all can do better ✊🏽 ### 1/5 — DONT DO IT ! *2019-10-27, version 2.18.0* It’s not unlimited storage. It cost about $10 and then you get like 1.4 GB of storage and it always says the phone has no space even when it does. And there is no way to cancel the service after paying for it. They don’t respond to email or text or phone calls. I had to report them as fraudulent to my bank and get a new card just to cancel and get my refund...I don’t know why these other reviews says good things but I think they are fake 🤷🏽‍♂️ ### 1/5 — SCAM *2018-07-10, version 2.0.2* It’s not free it’s 14.99$ , it’s trash and literally useless. No idea how it has good ratings the developers probably wrote them themselves. Delete ### 1/5 — Problems right out of the gate! *2018-06-07, version 1.2.4* 1) email verification code does not work 2) no way in app to request new code 3) no “help” access in app (only a feedback option) 4) app description (in Apple store) clearly states “first 30 minutes free” but my account states “10 minutes free left” (all I did was a test video of less than 30 seconds) So far, not pleased and no way I’m signing up for a paid account. 😡 ### 2/5 — Can’t upload photos/videos *2022-10-25, version 2.31.0* Love that there’s an app but I can’t upload photos & videos from my phone. Just stays on a blank white screen that never loads every time I try. ### 2/5 — buggy, very beta *2022-09-06, version 2.31.0* The first red flag is their unfindability in the app store and google. Bad SEO usually indicates a team that’d not handling details well. Indeed, the desktop app crashes upon opening, or at least appears to, and only an attentive sleuth user finds it to be running Dropbox style in the upper bar. In the moments before it disappeared from my screen and wouldnt open again by sidebar icon click, I read app copy that was awkwardly phrased. Thirty minutes of bad first impression was enough to lead me to delete this app and search for DAM competitors. ### 2/5 — Air *2018-07-09, version 2.0.2* Why you don't send me a code verification ### 3/5 — Confused *2018-09-05, version 2.0.3* I can’t figure out how to download those videos to my Mac... is there no option for that? I like the idea of “never running out of space”, but it doesn’t even let me record a video and keeps giving me an error “heads up! Your phone is almost out of space.
