Unfortunately, I won’t be making that mistake again. The cabin crew were largely absent throughout the flight and, when they were around, came across as quite rude and uninterested. Disappointingly, the ground staff at the airport were even worse, with customer service well below what I would expect from an international airline. The aircraft itself felt old and dated, and the onboard technology barely worked. The overall experience lacked the level of service, comfort and reliability you’d expect on a long-haul journey. Expected it would have all the information. It does not show baggage allowance or seat number or special meals. ### 1/5 — Baggage *2026-07-26, version 22.0* I m totally not satisfied with air India as they do don’t treat economy passengers with respect compared to business class, me and one of the business class passenger got late for baggage check in and at the counter I was refused to checked in my baggage as I was late so I decided to leave my luggage with friend and board the flight without luggage, after when I came in flight I found out the same business class passenger luggage was checked in in the same flight as I spoke to him. So this is not acceptable, just to let u know air India should treat all there passengers equally. I booked Chicago to Bangkok through Air India and all flights were operated by Air India themselves. They then cancelled and “rebooked” my itinerary 4 separate times. - 1st time: fine whatever, longer trip but okay - 2nd time: same thing as the first time, but I got over it - 3rd time: now have me a ZERO MINUTE connection at JFK and had no answer as to what do to - 4th time: trip is now four flights, compared to the original two, and my fly from JFK takes of a day before I get there - nice, makes sense I have been in contact when them for weeks trying to get an itinerary from Chicago to Bangkok, but they now tell me they can ONLY GET ME FROM JFK TO BKK. Knowing all well that I paid for an entire trip from Chicago. They have offered nothing in return for the disgusting amount of involuntary changes and the ruining of my itinerary.
