While selecting different dates for the return journey, the system automatically switches back to the onward journey option instead of allowing me to continue with the return selection. Kindly check and correct this error. 2. I am also unable to book tickets through the website, as it always shows “No Flights Available” even when flights are available. However, I am able to complete the booking successfully through the mobile application. Please investigate the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Regards, Jayaraj ### 4/5 — Option for multi-city travel booking *2026-03-05* The App doesn’t allow multi-city booking which I presume all airlines of the world be it domestic/ international allows. You need to book multiple times for a single journey if you not traveling on the return basis and have to travel multiple cities before returning back. Please upgrade/ update your app for the convenience of travelers. ### 2/5 — Neu pass loyalty program. *2025-11-06* It does not update the completed journeys in the loyalty program. I completed my last trip 20 days ago but still there is no change in the Neu pass. After every trip I email customer care and make sure that my trips are updated in loyalty program. I tried to reschedule my flight from 25th October 2025 to 8th November 2025 via Air India Express. After the successful payment, due to some app glitch the flight got rescheduled to a different flight on 25th October only rather than 8th November. Never going to fly with them again, will book Indigo even if its more expensive xpensive ### 1/5 — New scam alert *2025-09-29* For those who are travelling International don’t ever book air India express flight because I had done International trip where I had just checked to modify the booking where I don’t confirm myself anywhere and even I have not given any consent and even I don’t pay for it where automatic flight has been changed to next day with out my consent and payment when I went to web checkin it was not taking it was along for extra money. I was flying from Mangalore to the UAE. Even though all my documents were in order, one of the staff members insisted that I exchange my money into dirhams. She didn’t let me proceed and created a lot of panic for me. I was forced to exchange my money even though it wasn’t necessary. Please be aware – there is no rule that says you must exchange money at the airport. It’s enough to have funds in your debit, savings, or credit card account. I hope the airline looks into this, as it was an unnecessary and stressful situation. I don't remember the staff member's name, but I truly hope that the person who caused me this trouble reflects on their actions. May they experience bad health moving. Deals and offers and voucher redemptions don’t work when checking out in the app. Having to use the website in such cases. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2025-08-05, version 4.3* Very disappointed with the Air India Express app. Every time I check for flights, it says “No flights available for this route”, even when I know there are flights. I checked the website at the same time and it clearly shows availability. The main purpose of this app is to check flight schedules and prices, and it completely fails at that. On top of that, logging in is a pain – the OTP doesn’t even arrive when I try to log in with my mobile number. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t perform basic functions? Needs serious improvement. Not reliable at all ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Frustrating travel experience *2026-07-24* The flight has been rescheduled more than five times at very short notice, with no proper communication or response from the airline. Children and elderly passengers have been left waiting for hours under difficult conditions. Despite the repeated delays, not even a single cup of water was provided, and no one from the airline made any effort to assist or address passengers' concerns. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Worst App Experience *2026-05-26* If there was a way to give no stars I would. This app is just pathetic. The interface is clunky and buggy. The check-in process is so unbelievably annoying. I tried to add assistance for one guest it just keeps going to guest 1 and not 2. I kept clicking on the name of guest 2 but nothing happens. It asks to add age but doesn’t show which guest you are adding it for. It doesn’t even save the PNR details in manage booking section we have to keep adding and searching for it. And to top it all it doesn’t show an easy way to get your boarding pass after check-in. It doesn’t even tell you that you will get it later via email or anything! It doesn’t even send relevant email notifications properly but manages to spam very well. -5 stars! ### 1/5 — Very Poor Experience with Flex Fare *2026-03-17* Very bad experience with Air India Express. I booked a Flex fare expecting better service, but during web check-in the website was not working properly. Because of this, I couldn’t select my seats and was automatically assigned the last seats, which was very uncomfortable. This happened for both my onward and return flights, so clearly it’s a repeated issue. Really frustrating and not worth the extra money paid for Flex fare. Must use to find out ### 1/5 — Worst Ever Airline Launched in India *2025-12-06* I booked flight from blr to delhi for 6th dec 6am , I reached timely they said we don’t have enough seats so they have given me other flight who is first going from blr to jaipur then jaipur to delhi , with delay of 6 hours in between . I have reached 6am at blr and reaching delhi at 7 pm . What a wonderful service they provide . I am so much amazed by this service that I would buy a single ticket of this airline ever . Indian railways is even better than this airline . They atleast provide some AC couch after having talk . But these bloody doesn’t. They are like we can’t provide premium economy,no business class , not even lounge.
