### 3/5 — It is wireless but.

*2026-01-08, version 2.3.0*

How cool would it be if it was available to be used on Apple CarPlay so we could adjust our air from our trucks screen.

### 3/5 — Works, but….

*2024-02-25, version 2.1.0*

Have had the app and system for several years now. While it has worked flawlessly for the most part with very little and minor issues my biggest complaint is contacting customer service. There is no good way to request app features or to even get a hold of the company easily.

An issue I have is after a manifold update done thru the app, my compressor won’t retain the last setting and reverts to the previous setting after a while. No where gave me an option in the app to report this issue.

CarPlay would also be a nice feature also. But nowhere to submit feedback to request this..

### 4/5 — Simple

*2022-06-21, version 1.0.2*

I love the system. Great being able to remotely and on the fly control my loadlift 5000. I’d like to see the pressures in a dedicated location instead of flashing between connected device and pressures at top. I’d like to see more than 3 presets. Overall good system

### 4/5 — Your phone is in DARK MODE

*2020-11-12, version 1.0.1*

For anyone who is complaining about not being able to see the choices in the settings scroll select. Go to SETTINGS(on your phone)-DISPLAY & BRIGHTNESS-select LIGHT. Problem solved.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect

*2026-07-11, version 2.3.0*

Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth

### 1/5 — Duel air bags

*2025-03-10, version 2.2.2*

Can not get my phone to link up with the controller, if you don’t use it much, it’s like pulling good teeth, to get it to link up, leon

### 1/5 — Should’ve went with different company

*2024-12-07, version 2.2.2*

I used to have no issues with my rough country bags on my other truck, I can’t even use my bags with air lift always an error code or app won’t connect.

### 1/5 — Settings causes crash

*2024-11-21, version 2.2.1*

Pairs with controller but settings button crashes it. Also, no CarPlay.

### 1/5 — Won’t Connect and Crashes

*2024-11-20, version 2.2.1*

App crashes whenever you tap the settings gear. Can’t connect to air bags to control.

### 1/5 — Keeps Crashing

*2024-11-15, version 2.2.1*

I’ve been try to use this app for the past year and it never wants to connect with my airbags. I alway get an error message. Not that app crashes.

### 1/5 — App Crashes

*2024-11-13, version 2.2.1*

With update, can’t go into settings. When you click settings in app it kicks you out. So now can’t even use airbags since it won’t connect. Nice🙄

### 1/5 — No CarPlay Support

*2023-05-13, version 2.1.0*

This is kind of a no-brainer. This app is to control the function of my vehicle, make it easier for me to do it! Then I will provide five stars. Especially for the cost…

### 1/5 — How many times do we have to tell you?

*2020-10-15, version 1.0.1*

Customer service acted like I was the first case they had ever had of someone not being able to change the airbag type in settings in this app. When I visited the ratings portion of the app I see this has been going on for months. Fix it already!! How lazy can you really be?

A work around I found is that you can still scroll in the blank menu where you change the bag type. Even though you can’t see the words displayed, it will still change it if you blindly scroll.

### 1/5 — Crappy Appy

*2020-06-07, version 1.0.1*

Unable to choose airbag type in app hence limiting inflation. Only able to pair one device at a time. Manual reset of system required at each pairing requiring you to climb under hood or vehicle. Lazy engineering by Airlift at a premium price!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Oh yeah

*2023-07-29, version 2.1.0*

It works .

### 5/5 — Great App. Needs CarPlay though.

*2023-05-27, version 2.1.0*

Love the app but it would be better if it had car play so I could make adjustments on my tundra touch screen.

### 5/5 — No problems

*2023-03-08, version 2.0.0*

What was confusing was whether I needed their WirelessAir app, or Wireless One. The QR code with my compressor’s instructions led to the Wireless One. Which did not connect to my phone. So I tried WirelessAir and that connected right up and works fine. Setting the air pressure is easy. So, some up front problems, but once I figured that out the rest was simple and it works as expected.

### 5/5 — Upgrade issue.

*2023-02-17, version 2.0.0*

I just upgraded to 2.0.0 and now the app won’t even open.

UPDATE: I close out the app completely and reopened it. Now it’s working fine. Not sure if it was my phone or the app. Working great now!

### 5/5 — Works as advertised!

*2022-05-26, version 1.0.2*

After reading so many negative reviews about pairing problems, I was hesitant to get the app only version of the WirelessAir 7400. After installation, I simply followed the instructions in the manual and it paired no problem. I’ve had no problems staying connected either — open the app and it connects in seconds every time.

Highly recommend the app only version if you like the simplicity of having less things!

### 4/5 — Needs CarPlay Compatibility

*2025-10-25, version 2.3.0*

App is great but this really needs to be adapted to work with CarPlay

### 4/5 — Great product but drops Bluetooth

*2025-08-07, version 2.3.0*

Love my airlift system and use it almost daily with almost no issues EXCEPT for the fact that when it's connected to Bluetooth and I exit the app to do something else on my phone and open the app again, it looses the wireless connection and I have to start the process of connecting all over again. SUPER frustrating that it doesn't maintain the Bluetooth connection.

### 4/5 — Needs to support iOS CarPlay

*2024-05-29, version 2.1.0*

The app works good but it needs to support iOS CarPlay.

### 4/5 — Needs CarPlay

*2022-12-18, version 1.0.2*

Works well, but many modern vehicles have CarPlay. It would be so much better to be able to control the pressures directly on my truck’s screen, without having to search for an app on my phone.

### 4/5 — Works good

*2022-09-22, version 1.0.2*

Simple and works good. Would be nice if they could integrate with CarPlay so I could adjust it on dash if truck
