CarPlay would help ### 2/5 — Why is location needed now? *2023-05-02, version 2.0.1* I have used this app for almost 2 years. It recently quit working and gave a ble permission error. In troubleshooting I deleted the app and installed it again. It asked for location and said it is needed for Bluetooth. Why on earth is location needed other than tracking my phone while using the app? In any case, the app is working again now. Also, please add CarPlay and/or Siri support. ### 3/5 — Won’t connect *2023-03-07, version 2.0.1* The pink wire has power when the ignition is on or running. Maybe it’s a software compatibility issue between iOS, I’m not sure. But honestly who cares… it’s useless if it doesn’t connect. App doesn’t see the manifold even though my phone says Bluetooth is connected. They should Leanne stuff alone that works. Did work great but now intermittently connects and disconnects. Worst app I have ever seen. It does not stay paired. You pair it then walk out of range from the compressor. When you come back into range, it will not pair up. You have to pop the hood, pull the fuse out for 5 seconds, put fuse back then re-pair the app. You have to do this every time you want to use it. The app sees the manifold, but won’t connect to it, no matter how many times I pull the fuse to reset manifold. Before the update, it worked just fine. I also tried it with my iPad, and my wife’s phone and iPad with the same software installed, and they don’t connect either. I have iOS 16.5 installed. The handheld remote works and it’s also Bluetooth, so most likely the iOS app is buggy. I don’t recommend installing version 2.1.0. Of course, we no longer have access to the previous version. ### 1/5 — Piece of Crap *2023-03-12, version 2.0.1* Had Air Lift 7500 XL installed on my truck last week. Airbags are wonderful, but this app is a piece of crap. Have never been able to get app to pair with compressor, deeming it 100% USELESS. Works as advertised! I simply unplugged the fuse for 5 seconds, opened the app, went to settings, clicked on devices, and click on the device. Done! ### 5/5 — Does not work with iPhone X *2021-01-15, version 1.0.24* Called Air Lift because phone would not sync with wireless manifold. Was on hold for 45 minutes. They told me that it does not work with the iPhone X. You would think they would put this on there website. Developers contacted me and said that I was misinformed and ask me to call them back. Once I spoke with someone that knew what they were talking about they helped me get it operational.
