The app is hardly even free. The answers are 90% incorrect and even if it is and ruins your grade, you don’t even get the ticket back. It’s a scam, there are probably better apps out there. ### 1/5 — Tickets and tutor chat *2024-05-11, version 1.50.7* This app is okay Chegg is far superior in my opinion, the things I don’t like about this app are how when you leave the chat with the tutor it automatically closes you just have to sit there and wait for the tutor to answer your question. The second thing is that whenever you use a ticket to get help from the tutor even if the tutor gets the answer wrong you’re ticked will not be refunded. You used to be able to watch ads to be able to get the answers/tickets but they recently removed that which i hate cus it was such a good app now they don’t have that anymore and i don’t wanna buy the plan. ### 1/5 — Disappointed. *2024-09-15* I once rated this app at 5 stars and honestly would have put it beyond that for its simplicity and tutors that would reply through chats back when this app first launched. i’ve had the app for years and i’ve seen it go through so many changes. most for the worst, it seems as though the app sold out. there are frequent plugs for ads and subscriptions as well as other various marketing tactics on the app. which in itself marking isn’t an issue when you can get funded for the creation of your app and reward the user with tickets. however, the significant decrease of tickets offered in comparison with the amount old advertisement offers provided users is worrying. how do you expect users to feel when you were once able to get up to a hundred or even a thousand tickets for tasks for advertisements you were promoting but now only give you twenty at most. not to mention the fact your asking for subscriptions to these plugs which don’t even match the value of the tickets given in amount. don’t commercialize something that on its own is great, don’t be greedy to the users, and keep the offers as they were. people love simplicity, they want answer your app provides it. the moment you introduce impossible tasks you have to spend money on for little to no tickets it loses what’s drawing people in. **Developer response:** Hi, we are excited to hear your kind review and will continue to do our best to make your experience an even better one. I had to take an online math class over the summer, which is not the best seeing as I couldn’t understand content I was learning during the pandemic because it was online. I am more of a face-to-face learner. Anyways, I love how it breaks down each question and shows you how to solve it, plus you don’t have to pay to do everything in the app, you can simply watch an ad or two. The only downside is that sometimes the sale ads for tickets can be hard to close sometimes.
