Je ne comprends pas comment des sites et applications de compagnies aériennes peuvent être aussi mal faits. Une galere pour se connecter, retrouver son vol et je n’ai jamais reussi à l’enregistrer

Downloaded the app twice, you can’t do anything with it! Can’t check in, can’t look at your booking. POINTLESS.

The app works on IOS 16 and I could see all my flight information.
However, as there’s no option to save this booking information, you have to enter the information every time. And I have more than one booking.
To get the booking information, it’s easier to read from the paper eticket, so I may as well use paper instead of the app.

I’m not able to add my flight tickets to Apple wallet. This feature should be provided for keeping all passes at one place in iPhone.

I don’t even want to give a star for this. It is an embarrassment to Air Mauritius. 
It doesn’t work at all, everytime you do one thing you have to completely come out and re start the app. Very bad.

Simply doesn’t work. Keep getting a “405 error”. Wouldn’t trust this app to book flights, or do anything of any importance. Air Mauritius should be embarrassed, it would be better not to have an app at all.

Such a cheap airline/company. The app buttons are link to the website. What’s the point to download an app that link to the webpage?!

Worst airline app I’ve used this year. Slow, cumbersome and buggy. Checked in three out of party of four, wound not recognise fourth and then then blocked check in. Don’t bother calling the help desk, they are rude and unwilling to help.

Wow. Easily an embarrassment to Air Mauritius. Extremely poor and the checkin facility simply does not work (iOS12) receiving error messages and java script 404 errors. Similarly website offers the same sub-par experience with check-in facility completely broken. Incredible in 2018 an airline has such an important and necessary service in such a terrible state. Would give this 0 stars if possible.

The app isn’t mobile friendly at all. 

Lots of bugs and freezes. 

Absolutely terrible user experience. It’s 2026. It’s time to get a proper budget to make the website and app user friendly.

As usual Air Mauritius fail to deliver even an app that works… considering we are now in 2026 it’s woeful that an airline can’t efficiently allow their own customers to book via an app online, website unfortunately not much better either…

Was able to check in but the app doesn’t even provide you with the option to add your boarding pass to mobile wallet or provide boarding updates if the flight is delayed which (surprise) it is. Now that we are actually boarding the app crashes every time you try to access anything including flight status which is ridiculous. Do better or don’t have an app?

This app was obviously developed last century because its features are very limited, it does not retain any information, so you have to enter booking details every time and it’s so slow my phone or tablet goes into sleep mode (as do I!!) whenever I’m trying to get information. Frustrating!!
